Word from the CEO- Happy Valentine’s Day

February 14th is Valentine’s Day, also called Saint Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine. It is an annual holiday celebrating love and affection. Since this is our February edition of the newsletter, I would be amiss if I did not celebrate the day by a show of affection and appreciation for our teams and all the work done that improve dental offices all throughout North America.
Thank-you for the long hours posting multiple scanned pages of EOBs accurately, thank-you for appealing the “deadest” claims and getting them paid, thank-you for working with the practices to make their jobs and lives better and thank-you for creating a culture of caring and teamwork unsurpassed by any business I have seen.
